At 8692 St-Michel, renovations of one unit were recently completed and now another unit has started renovations. We are pleased with the progress of renovations at the St-Michel project so far.
At 800 Desaulniers, a couple of units are currently under renovation. Otherwise, all common area renovations have been completed and exterior work is still in progress.
