Highlights

We’ve made great progress on the renovations at 8692 St-Michel and have recently received city permits to replace the main entrance door and front central window of the building — great news!

The project at 800 Desaulniers is also progressing steadily since its acquisition a couple months ago. Work has begun on the property’s common areas, and brick restoration is currently underway on the building’s exterior.

The optimization of both projects continues to move along smoothly. To prepare for more upcoming renovations we plan on having our final capital call in the coming weeks, a formal notice will follow shortly.
