First renovated unit rented on Barclay

A key milestone reached for the very first project of our first private fund! Each renovated and rented unit brings us closer to our optimization goal, maximizing returns for our investors. With this step forward, we are solidifying our value-add strategy and preparing the ground for an optimal refinancing.

Renovations launched on our Desroches project

It’s official — construction has started on Desroches! With four vacant units, we are undertaking a strategic modernization of the apartments to optimize profitability and increase the property’s value.

A big tax deduction!

Thanks to the tax optimization strategy of our first fund, our investors are benefiting from significant tax deductions this year. One of our investors will be declaring $0 taxable income this year!

Two new team members join us!

With the official closing of our second fund, we have more capital to deploy and even more great opportunities to seize. For this reason, we have recruited two new prospectors to source the best opportunities for our investors.
